Relentless Performance Training

At the end of the day, humans are designed to MOVE. Unfortunately, society does NOT place enough emphasis on the importance of mobility. For example, we tend to “stretch” after the body is injured. Why not stretch to prevent injury? With that being said, I am a huge believer in functional training. By incorporating yoga, calisthenics, kettlebell training, etc... I have developed a philosophy that has benefited each one of my clients.
